Entre murgas y comparsas

Llegó febrero y con él, la purpurina, los disfraces, las lentejuelas y el maquillaje. El domingo, durante unos cinco minutos, el Club Deportivo Tenerife hizo honor a la fiesta grande de su ciudad. Saltó al verde del Heliodoro con el traje de equipo atacante, eso que se le pedía una y otra vez a Cervera, eso que inundaba las redes sociales. Poco le duró la fiesta.


Con una derrota más en sus equipajes, los de Agné viajan ahora a Miranda de Ebro con la esperanza de ponerse las plataformas y dar un show en la tarima. Que sí, que ya sé que no estamos (deportivamente) para pensar en Carnavales, pero es que el partido se juega «entre murgas y comparsas», como dice nuestro  querido Santa Cruz en Carnaval.

Y digo show porque hace falta ganar con autoridad para recuperar confianza, que para eso cambiamos de entrenador.  Si la misión fuera seguir rascando puntitos aleatorios, seguiría en el Mundialito Cervera. ¿O me equivoco?.

El Tenerife, que a día de hoy tiene los mismos números que la desgraciada temporada en la que bajó a segunda B, tiene que ganar, creérselo y salir del pozo en el que ahora mismo está hundido. Parece que la oportunidad, fuera de casa, no será fácil. Hay que intentarlo; tras ello, Valladolid y la UD, los rivales a batir en lo que queda de mes. Casi nada.

Por eso, los que nos quedamos en tierra debemos animar en la distancia, no perder la fé y, por qué no, salir a disfrutar de nuestro carnaval. Aunque este año no he podido comentar el fatídico fallo del jurado de las murgas, llego a tiempo para gritar un virtual «¡¡El Carnaval de Santa Cruz YA tiene reina!!». A falta de un micro y la oportunidad de hacerlo en el Recinto – prometo que algún día lo conseguiré-, me conformo con que les llegue a todos a través de BlaBlaWrite.

Así que salgamos a la calle y disfrutemos. Aprovechemos el viernes de Cabalgata, quien sabe si la copa se nos atraganta el sábado (o nos quedamos dormidos) con el partido de los nuestros en Anduva.
