Inercia. Así fue como ganó el Tenerife el partido que esta mañana le enfrentaba contra el Ourense. Y es que, cuando las cosas tienen que salir bien, salen. Ya pasó en el partido del Marino en casa, no corriendo la misma suerte en Vallecas hace tan sólo siete días.
Salvando las distancias, este equipo recuerda a ese Madrid que siempre suma aunque juegue mal. Que cualquier jugada sentencia al adversario, el que resuelve cada partido en el momento menos esperado.
Y eso, yendo por delante que yo no estuve hoy en el Heliodoro por motivos geográficos (aunque me acompañaron la radio, las crónicas y los resúmenes televisivos), fue lo que pasó esta mañana.
Mientras un total de 8035 personas bostezaban en la fortaleza blanquiazul, una pésima primera parte y una no grandiosa segunda pasaban ante sus ojos. Ya lo dijo Guillem: los delanteros van por rachas. A veces no la metes ni queriendo y otras entra hasta sin querer. Perfecta definición de lo que los chicharreros vivieron hace unas horas.
El juego del Tenerife brilló por su ausencia y solo el acierto de Salvatore Martí, como lo apodó el amigo Óscar Herrera nada más entrar (y con total acierto) hizo que nos mantengamos una semana más en lo alto de la tabla. Todo esto además, acompañado del previsible debate que se desatará esta semana sobre la titularidad del delantero de Vecindario, un Aridane que en las últimas jornadas no está del todo fino a pesar de que Cervera siga considerándole imprescindible.

A eso me quiero referir con inercia. No se le puede quitar mérito al partido de Jesús Álvaro, a las pocas buenas sensaciones que dejó Ochoa ni a la revolución que supuso la entrada del pequeño Ayoze Pérez. Pero se gana porque se tiene que ganar, porque somos mejores que los rivales (como dijo Luisito en rueda de prensa), porque parece que ésta es una de esas temporadas en las que los puntos se quedan contigo aunque no te lo merezcas. Como diríamos, coloquialmente, el Tenerife tiene una flor en el culo. Y esperemos que no se vaya.
