¡Buenas! Después de traerles el otro día una mistura (como dirían mis amigos los portugueses) de mil cosas, vengo hoy con la escopeta cargada nuevamente.
Empecemos por enfrente. La Unión Deportiva Las Palmas se quedó con las ganas de los tres puntos reclamados ante Competición por alineación indebida del Guadalajara. Pero no pasa nada, los pío-pío han ganado hoy a la Ponferradina (Sí, ese equipo al que los chichas tenemos taaanto cariño) y el sueño del ascenso, o, al menos los Play Off, está casi a tiro de piedra.  Tanto buen rollo se respira, que hasta el vestuario se ha marcado un Harlem Shake, la coreografía de moda.

Volviendo a casa, nos sentimos como en un loquero. Si el otro día les decía que el Tenerife había declarado la guerra a la prensa y el míster y demás “altos cargos” no iban a poder hablar hasta nuevo aviso, ahora resulta que, donde dije digo, digo Diego, y Cervera se muestra disponible para hablar con los medios, aunque en algunos se encuentre más cómodo. ¿Y entonces? ¿No era que se sentían maltratados y no iban a atender a nadie? Aclarémonos…
En las oficinas, al menos, hay algo que “celebrar”. Como adelantaban los compañeros de los medios de la isla y ayer se confirmó en el website del representativo, la entidad presidida por Miguel Concepción consiguió evitar  solicitar el concurso de acreedores y parece que la cosa seguirá tranquila en lo que el plano económico se refiere. Por lo pronto, hasta septiembre. Y a la espera de lo que pase en el campo.          
En el plano deportivo nos encontramos a la espera de lo que pase mañana en Asturias. Se enfrentan los blanquiazules al Marino de Luanco y preocupa al técnico el aspecto físico de los suyos. “Tenemos cuatro o cinco jugadores ahora con problemas que los van a arrastrar hasta el final, y debemos cuidarlos mucho, ya que son problemas que si los quisiésemos arreglar, tendríamos que pararlos, y nos queda mes y medio o dos meses y no vamos a parar”, decía ayer en la rueda de prensa posterior al último entrenamiento antes de viajar. Confiemos que mañana no se le eche de menos, pues eso significará que desde un primer momento las cosas se están haciendo bien.
Pero si hay que felicitar a alguien por hacer las cosas como Dios manda es a los chicos del  CB Canarias. Esta tarde en el Santiago Martín confirmaban su permanencia virtual para la próxima temporada en la ACB con un 97-92 ante el europeo Unicaja. Los de Alejandro Martínez,de enhorabuena.
No puedo acabar esta entrada sin una mención especial. No tiene nada que ver con el fútbol, ni con deporte siquiera. Se trata de Saida Prieto. Vuelve a la isla la candidata de Parque Bulevar-Diario de Avisos que sufrió un accidente en la gala de la elección de la reina del Carnaval chicharrero y lleva ya dos meses recuperándose en Sevilla. El domingo recibirá el alta y volverá a su tierra. Su familia pide respeto y tranquilidad, y esperemos que así sea. Que ningún informador (ni político interesado), de esos que salen en Tenerife cuando das una patada a una piedra, entorpezca su paz ni la de su familia. ¡Bienvenida a casa, Saida!
